We'd love to hear from you

Got a question about running a giveaway? Not sure which plan fits you? Ran into something that isn't working the way you expected? Whatever it is, we're glad to help. FB Picker is run by people who use these tools too, so there's a good chance we've hit the same question you have.

The fastest way to reach us is by email:

Email: [email protected]

We read every message that comes in and reply as quickly as we can, usually within one business day. When you write, a little detail goes a long way, so it helps to include what you were trying to do and what happened instead.

What to include in your message

If you're reporting a problem, tell us the link to the Facebook post you were working with, what step you were on, and what you saw on screen. A screenshot is even better. That way we can often spot the issue on the first read instead of going back and forth.

If your question is about billing or your plan, let us know the email address on your account so we can look it up. For anything to do with pricing, upgrades, or what's included, you can also check the current plans on our pricing page before you write. A lot of questions get answered right there.

Common reasons people reach out

Some folks want a hand setting up their first draw and making sure the rules are right. Others ask about filtering duplicate comments, requiring a friend tag, or drawing backup winners. We also hear from people who want to know whether FB Picker suits a specific kind of contest they have in mind. All of these are fair game, so ask away.

If you've used your 3 free trials and want to keep going, or you're weighing whether a paid plan is worth it for how often you run giveaways, tell us how you use the tool, and we'll point you to the option that makes sense.

Feedback and ideas

Plenty of what FB Picker does today came from users telling us what they needed. If there's a feature you wish existed, or something that feels clunky, send it over. We can't promise to build everything, but we genuinely read the suggestions and a fair number of them end up shaping what we work on next.

Partnerships and press

If you're interested in working with us, writing about FB Picker, or discussing a bulk or team arrangement, email the same address and mention what you have in mind. We'll route it to the right person.

Before you write

Two quick things that save everyone time. First, check the FAQ page, since the most common questions about how FB Picker works, whether it's fair, and how trials work are answered there in plain language. Second, if your question is about a specific draw, keep that Facebook post link handy so we can look at exactly what you're seeing.

Either way, don't hesitate to reach out. There's a real person on the other end of [email protected], and helping you run a clean, believable giveaway is the whole reason we're here.
